PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Payment Terms
All parts shipments will be shipped on a credit card or C.O.D. basis unless a credit application has been approved prior to shipment. As credit is extended for the convenience of our customers to eliminate C.O.D. payments, all shipments are billed for and payment is expected "net on receipt" of parts shipment. We do not offer 30 day credit terms. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Shipping and Handling
Upon receipt of the order, we will calculate shipping costs, as per your shipping preference. We will then notify you the amount that was charged upon shipment. NOTE: Orders placed after 2:30 pm MST may ship the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the follwing Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Minimum Order Policy
We have a minimum order policy of $10.00 per shipment. Please try to determine all your parts needs before ordering to comply with our policy.
Return Policy:
1. Return items will only be accepted with a material return authorization number (MRA). Credit will NOT be issued without an MRA number.
2. Customer is responsible for all freight on refused shipments
3. Call for authorization and profide the following information: Invoice Number; part # and Quantity to be returned; Reason for return
4. Requests for returns MUST be made within 30 days from date of shipping
5. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items or refused shipments other than warranty parts or shipping errors. Customer wil pay all shipping charges for returned parts.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
BECAUSE OF LIABILITY CONCERNS, ELECTRICAL PARTS CANNOT BE RETURNED. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT CUSTOMERS VERIFY THE CORECT INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING PARTS AS A PROPER MODEL, VOLTAGE, PART NUMBER, ETC.
